Everything great except shipper
Ordering was easy. It was sent quickly. The rug is EXACTLY as pictured and described, color rendition on the site was perfect match. My only reason for subtracting a star is the shipper (FEDEX) LEFT THE RUG AT THE BOTTOM OF THE DRIVEWAY, LYING ON THE GROUND, IN A LIGHT DRIZZLE. Luckily it was wrapped extremely well so no leaks or damage. I can’t imagine this is the delivery option woodgrup specified, but they might want to make it clear to fedex that this is unacceptable for valuable items, and other shipping options exist if they can’t get it right.
