This carpet was on sale and is certainly an odd-duck.
The vintage carpet has been dyed a citrus yellow; I like that.
Some of the hand-knotted pile remains. Most of it has been shaved down to the warp artistically to a symmetric design. Very odd. I don’t think I would have purchased it if I saw it first-hand.
My other purchases have been better but I’ll keep this one, too.
