The two rugs I ordered turned out to be exactly as depicted in the photographs, were of very high quality and the design of one of them is very hard to find. Just as they advertise on their site, wg shipped the rugs very quickly and they arrived in great condition and exactly as pictured and described on the site. The prices were also quite reasonable. I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend them enthusiastically to anyone looking for a good rug.

Beautiful Rug!
After searching high and low on line and even going to a reputable rug dealer, I landed on a Peshawar from woodgrup – 200 kpi for a great price. The rug arrived when expected and is beautiful. The only issue I encountered was when I tried to order online and couldn’t add a pad to the order. I called customer service and after some trouble shooting, the agent told me I the system wouldn’t let me order it because the rug was not exactly an 8×10 and said I would need to get it elsewhere. I would definitely order from them again, but hope that they can change their IT system so they can also sell pads for every rug sold.

My favorite feature was the ability to place the rug in the room virtually. There is no way I could have bought the rugs without that. The rugs arrived well packaged and looked like the virtual picture, so no need for returns or exchanges. I was happy with the service – someone called to tell me the rug I had chosen was a slightly different size and asked if I still wanted it before they shipped.
